What is Vendo4u?
Vendo4u is the B2B supplier platform by Bauer365 GmbH: suppliers record their security and data protection evidence once, buyers review it in a GDPR-compliant way – instead of sending out questionnaires. Every supplier is recorded against the same catalog of 69 criteria in 10 categories, which yields a comparable trust score.
Who is behind Vendo4u?
Vendo4u is developed and operated by Bauer365 GmbH, based in Untergruppenbach (Baden-Württemberg, Germany). The company is entered in the commercial register of the Stuttgart Local Court; all mandatory details are in the legal notice.

A supplier answers a questionnaire anew for every customer – with different wording, different deadlines and a separate review each time. On Vendo4u, the supplier maintains one profile against a uniform catalog; every authorised buyer reads it in the same structure, compares it with others and exports it. When a piece of evidence changes, it is updated in one place.

For every criterion that allows it, documents can be uploaded as PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB – for example certificates such as ISO 27001 or ISO 9001, audit reports, the data processing agreement or internal policies. For evidence with an expiry date, Vendo4u sends a reminder before it expires. Documents are visible only to the company itself and to paying buyers.

Entities covered by the German BSI Act must implement risk management measures under Section 30 BSIG – explicitly including supply chain security (as of 17 October 2026). Vendo4u does not replace this obligation, but it provides a basis for it: uniformly collected security information, evidence attached to each criterion and an export for your own documentation.

Vendo4u runs exclusively in data centres in Germany (hosting: dogado GmbH, Dortmund); personal data is not transferred to third countries. Processing on behalf of customers is covered by an agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, and the platform sets only technically necessary cookies, without tracking. Details are in the privacy policy and the DPA.

Buyers start for free: the Free plan shows the directory, with detailed profiles limited to 2 per 60 days. Professional currently costs 49 € per 30 days; suppliers appear in the directory from 19 € per 30 days. There is no subscription: each payment unlocks a fixed number of days, after which access simply ends.

Publicly, a summary of listed suppliers is shown: name, logo, description, industry, city and country, where applicable the parent company, trust score, the rating per category, the verification status and customer ratings. Individual answers are visible to signed-in buyers – on the free plan for a limited number of profiles – and evidence documents only to paying buyers. A profile becomes public only with an active listing; visibility can be switched off in the profile.
