How to record your evidence once for all customers
One profile against a uniform catalog
You answer 69 criteria in 10 categories, with a progress indicator per category. Criteria that do not fit every industry can be marked as “not applicable”; they then count neither towards the score nor towards completeness.
Evidence attached to the criterion
You upload certificates, policies and reports at the matching criterion – as PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB. If you enter an expiry date, Vendo4u reminds you in good time. Documents are visible only to buyers on a paid plan.
Verification and badge
After Vendo4u has formally reviewed your evidence, your profile carries the “Verified” status. Verified suppliers can also embed a badge on their own website.
Get found and receive requests
With an active listing you appear in the directory and with a public profile page that search engines can find. Buyers send you their own questions, which you answer under “Requests”; with Verified you see which companies have viewed your profile.
Frequently asked questions
What does a profile cost?
Creating and completing it is free. You become visible in the directory with a listing from 19 € per 30 days; Verified and Premium add verification, reach analytics and top placement. There is no subscription.
Does my plan affect the trust score?
No. The trust score results solely from your answers against the catalog; the plan you book does not change it.
Who can see my evidence documents?
Only your own company and buyers on a paid plan. Publicly, only the summary of your profile is visible, without individual answers and without documents.
Can I remove my profile again?
Yes. You switch off directory visibility in the profile. In the settings you can download a complete data export and delete your company including all data yourself.
