One catalog instead of many questionnaires
Every supplier answers the same 69 criteria in 10 categories – from information security and data protection to supply-chain due diligence and financial stability. You compare answers to identical questions instead of self-assessments worded differently each time.
Filter, compare, decide
In the directory you narrow down by industry, location, certifications and fulfilled criteria and put several suppliers side by side. The weighted trust score from A to E shows at a glance how complete and robust a profile is; a supplier's paid plan does not change it.
Review and document evidence
Certificates, audit reports or the data processing agreement sit directly next to the relevant criterion. With Professional you export a profile as PDF or CSV, or as a full dossier including all evidence – for your onboarding and audit file.
Your own questions and ongoing monitoring
Whatever the catalog does not cover, you ask with your own questions – separate from the trust score and visible only to you. Suppliers not yet on Vendo4u can be invited by email; on the watchlist, Vendo4u reports changes such as an expired piece of evidence. Both are part of the paid plans.

Does a supplier already have to be on Vendo4u?
No. With a paid plan you invite suppliers by email to create their profile and track who has already completed it.
How reliable is the information?
The information is the supplier's self-assessment, backed by the uploaded evidence. The “Verified” status confirms that Vendo4u has formally reviewed the evidence; it is not a warranty of its content.
What can I use for free?
The Free plan covers directory search (simultaneous filters: up to 2) and detailed profiles, limited to 2 per 60 days. Unlimited profiles, advanced filters, exports and submitting ratings are part of Professional.
Can my team work together?
Yes. You invite colleagues with the roles Manager, Member or Read only; the number of seats depends on the plan. Enterprise adds single sign-on via OIDC and API access.
