Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the use of the Vendo4u platform, operated by Bauer365 GmbH, Im Grund 4, 74199 Untergruppenbach, Germany (the “Operator”), by businesses (B2B). Consumers are not the target group.

The platform enables companies to provide security- and privacy-relevant information and be found as a supplier, and buyers to search, view and export vetted suppliers. No particular outcome (e.g. concluded contracts) is owed.

An account is required. Information must be truthful and current. Credentials must be kept confidential.

The accuracy, completeness and currency of the provided information and evidence documents are the sole responsibility of the respective company. A 'Verified' status merely confirms a formal review and does not constitute any warranty by the operator.

Paid plans are billed at the prices stated at the time of order (plus VAT) via our payment provider. Billing is prepaid per usage period; no ongoing contract with a notice period is created. This replaces the earlier wording on billing period and cancellation for the chosen plan.

There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Each payment unlocks access for a fixed number of days; afterwards it simply ends. No cancellation is required or offered. Optionally, automatic top-up can be enabled in the account and switched off again at any time.

We strive for high availability but do not owe uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows may temporarily limit accessibility.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is, where permissible, the Operator's registered seat (74199 Untergruppenbach, Germany). Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
